Team Assignment: Third Party Conflict Resolution Paper.  Choose a case from the text “Negotiation: Readings, Exercises and Cases”, by Lewicki, and prepare a 1,400-1,750-word paper in which you analyze the possible intervention strategies that would be appropriate and effective in the case.  Apply what you believe to be the best strategy and explain how it should resolve the conflict.  In case your best strategy does not work, or is rejected, develop and describe at least one contingency plan.
