Write a 1,300 to 1,600-word project management proposal for the leadership team.

Note: Concepts and applications for the assignment must be directly integrated and referenced from weekly material. External references for concepts and applications presented within the weekly reading not accepted. Exception: Peer Reviewed Journal Articles and Company websites. 

Note: Use the information from the weeks 2-4 assignments to support this assignment. 

Requirement 1:  Choose one of the companies from the simulations located within the University library, and/or, research an external company. Please note that the company chosen for assignment must approve by the instructor before work begins on the assignment.
Develop an operations-based project management proposal.
Requirement 2: Develop 3 to 5 project goals for the proposal
Requirement 3: Develop an implementation timeline for the project proposal
Requirement 4. Develop a data collection and reporting process for the project proposal
Requirement 5: Develop a Feasibility Study (Use the information provided by the instructor), which includes the following:

• Develop a Breakeven Analysis


• Develop three proposed project projections using NPV Project Financial Analysis. Choose a project with the best NPV that meets the operational requirements of the project

Submission Requirements:

1. Include at least one or more in-text citations per section within assignments.


2. Format assignments and presentations using the APA requirements.
